(Review) Rani's Whitening Facial Kit

No time to go to the Beauty salon?
Do your own facials, It's just as effective and Cheap!!
It helps rejuvenates dull tired and sluggish skin and gives an instant glow.
Hey everyone,
Today, I'm gonna share this facial kit by Rani. Rani is a Pakistani dermatologist. You can find her products nationwide or from her website Here.

Product says:
Rani’s Whitening Facial kit are introduced for those peoples who have dark skin tones, and they want to make their skin tone, clear and white. by using this facial kit, you will get excellent results. Addition of jojoba oil & tea tree oil has balanced the efficiency of this kit.

Kit comes with:
Rani's Whitening Cleansing Milk
Rani's Whitening Massage Cream
Rani's Whitening Powder and Whitening Liquid
Rani's Whitening Mask

Directions:
First, cleanse your face 10-25 mins with cleansing milk. then, massage for 15-20 mins. then, mix 1tbsp whitening liquid/booster with 1/2 tsp whitening powder and apply on your face (bleach) for 20 mins, Finally, apply mask for 10 mins.

Do this facial twice a week for better results.

My Thoughts:
I'm in love with this Whitening facial kit <3 though I don't like the pakaging (pakaging always attracts me and sometimes I buy the product just because of cute pakaging lol). Rani uses only herbs so the product doesn't have any side effects (that's the best part). I recommend this facial kit to everyone but keep in mind that it's not a magical treatment which makes your skin tone American white. It's just clears dirt and impurities so you can feel smooth and radiant complexion.

Have you ever tried Rani's Whitening Facial Kit before?? Share your views :)

Reduce Under Eye Dark Circles

Hey everyone,,

Dark circle under eyes caused by dehydration, and it's a major problem for most of us. So drink at least 8 to12 glasses of filtered/boiled water a day. Water will keep you hydrated and make your circle under eyes less visible.

Here are some tips to reduce dark circle under eyes:
  • Reduce salt intake.
  • Sleep at least eight to ten hours at night.
  • Eat healthy (plenty of fruits and vegetables) i.e. cucumber, tomato, cabbage, spinach, and green leafy vegetables, take multi-vitamins (daily supplement), and drink at least 8-12 glasses of water a day.
  • Place two cucmber/potato slices on eyes, lay down for 5-10 minutes everyday.
  • Put a spoon in the freezer for 10-15 minutes. Take it out and cover the circles with it. Hold it there until the spoon is warm again.
  • Mix fresh potato and cucumber juice in equal amounts. Soak some cotton in the mixture and put on your eyelids for 15 minutes. Wash off with cold water.
Place a cold tea bag on each eye for 15 minutes everyday.
  • Use rose water or almond oil for massaging the under eyes dark circle, to get rid of them.
  • Crush some mint leaves and apply its juice under the eyes.
  • Make a paste blending tomatoes and lemon juice in equal amounts. Add a pinch of gram flour and turmeric powder and apply the paste and leave it for 15 minutes. This will do wonders in curing dark circles.

Fix Fine Lines & Wrinkles

Hey everyone,
Today, I'm gonna share some homemade recipes for fixing fine lines and wrinkles :)))

Fine lines and wrinkles appear with age, as your skin lose elasticity. Home remedies can help reduce existing wrinkles, but it will take some time to recover. plus you have to take good care of yourself like staying out of the sun (as much as you can or apply sunblock), avoiding cigarette smoke, keeping the skin clean and moisturized.

Milk and Yogurt: Soak a cotton ball in whole milk, and dab the liquid onto your face and neck. Leave on until dry (10-15 minutes), or apply a thin layer of curd/yoghurt for 15 minutes, rinse with warm water and pat your skin dry. Repeat daily for 20-30 days for best results.

Coffee: The caffeine in coffee firms the skin to minimize the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Dab a cotton ball into a cup of cooled coffee, and apply directly to the affected areas. leave on until dry, and rinse with warm water. Repeat once daily as needed to help get rid of lines and wrinkles. Do not use coffee with added sugar or cream. Use plain black coffee for the best results.

Diet: Diet plays an important role, too. So start eating healthy it will make you beautiful inside out :))).. take more eggs (are high in lutein and zeaxanthin, help to smooth fine lines and wrinkles), green leafy vegetables, tomatoes (contains lycopene and a natural sunblock), Papaya (great for skin), and there are many more vegetables and fruits which make you beautiful inside out :)))

(Inside Out) Ban Blemishes

Hey everyone,

If you think pizza, burger, chocolate, etc are bad, cause breakouts, think again!

Eating cheese burger probably don't make much difference to your skin, but what will make a difference is eating more fruits, vegetables and other foods that help keep hormones in balance and fight inflammation.

One of the best foods for helping zap zits is salmon, says Lisa Drayer, a registered dietitian and author of The Beauty Diet. “Salmon is a rich source of omega-3 fatty acids, and acne may be caused by taking in too little omega-3 fats,” which can be found in salmon, sardines and flax seeds, “in relation to omega-6 fats,” in the form of processed foods that contain soybean oil. “Such an imbalance can cause inflammation, leading to blocked pores that cause an overproduction of oil,” says Drayer.

And Yeah...
Some helpful steps to ban blemishes...

*Drink lots of water: You need to keep hydrated to have a clear skin. You should drink at least 8 cups of water every day (I drink 12-15 glasses of water everyday :)).

*Wash your face daily: There are many face washes/cleansers out there, make sure you use the right face wash/cleanser for your type of skin (oily, dry, or normal). Wash your face twice a day and moisturize after that .

*Avoid sharing a towel: As this could spread someones acne bacteria to your face.

*Stop popping: This will leave a scar :(

*Eat healthy: Stop eating junk food. Studies show that soda, chips, and candy cause more pimples (Tried and tested by me :(. well, you can treat yourself once in a while but NOT everyday :) Start taking Vitamin C, it is very good for your skin (i.e. oranges, raw red peppers, kiwi, grapefruit, and raw broccoli, etc). and If you were on a diet and lost some pounds (like me lol) start taking Vitamin C It will tighten your skin :).

*If you have got severe acne, consult your doctor: stop experimenting by yourself :)

Hmm Did you find this post helpful ??? Let me know :)))

Till Then,
Take Care. Allah Hafiz.

Today, I'm gonna review 'Hard Candy “First Flush” gift set (or you can say travel friendly kit). Hard Candy was a high-end brand sold at Sephora and now Hard Candy is a Wal-Mart brand.

  • Face & body Luminizer in Glow All the Way
  • Baked Blush in Living Doll
  • Plumping Serum Volumizing Lip Gloss in Uptown Girl
Sheer Envy Primer
This mini-size tube is (.40 oz) is really a great way to sample a new brand. This is my first primer. I didn't use any primer before and I must say it doesn't feel heavy on my skin and it does make my face really smooth, since the coverage I usually wear is very light I'm not sure if my makeup stays longer with this primer.

Face & body luminizer in Glow All the Way
This is a nice cheekbone highlighter (only used once).

Baked Blush in Living Doll
Well, when I first got it, I thought It won't look good on my normal (not dark/fair) skin tone because It was looking very fuschia/bright pink in the pan, but when I applied it I got a lovely light pink color. This blush is very pigmented so I apply it with a pretty light hand.

I have got a travel size blush pan and i know it will last me a long time. I use this blush only in wedding ceremonies and parties because this is kinda shimmery so I use natural peach color for day use :)

Plumping Serum Volumizing Lip Gloss in Uptown Girl
This gloss is sheer, baby pink with a high-gloss finish. The vanilla scent is adorable <3 .It does moisturize my dry/flaky lips and I also like the tingling sensation after applying it lol. Hmmm I'm gonna grab full size soon <3
I like because:
  • Total bargain!! (You're getting 4 deluxe sample for about $8)
  • Travel friendly
  • Lip Plumping Gloss ( I like lip plumper)

Availibility:
I got mine from an online store but I've seen another one called 'Glamazon' on Just4girls.pk costs Rs.1400/-

Hmmm well, who wants to get fair and glowy skin?
Of course, Everyone wants!

Today, I'm gonna share some homemade recipes which you can make easily and these works great (even your skin tone and makes your skin fair if you use on regular basis).

The only thing you need to buy/apply a good sun block (SPF 30+) before going outside (15-20 mins before), and when you are at home, it is necessary to wear sun block (SPF 15).

You can get fair skin at home by using the products which are available in your kitchen!

Wash off after 15-20 minutes (if necessary).
  • Scrub a half of lemon on your face daily.
  • Mash a tomato and pour 4-5 drops of lemon juice, and apply to get a pinkish-white glow.
  • Use lemon juice and honey in equal quantity and apply on the skin.
  • Apply cucumber juice with lemon juice. good for oily skin.
  • Apply plain curd/yoghurt on your skin to get fair and soft skin.
  • Apply coconut water to get fair and flawless skin. also good for lightening the scars.
  • Cucumber juice mixed with honey is very useful for making dry skin fair.
  • Apply egg white on face twice a week to get fairer skin. good for oily skin.
  • Soak up almonds in the raw milk overnight, and grind it to apply on your skin.
  • Clean your face with raw milk. Apply milk with cotton pads daily to get fairer and clearer skin
  • Take 2 table spoon gram flour (besan), 1 spoon of raw milk, 6 drops of lime juice with few drops of olive oil to make face pack to get fair skin. good for all skin types.
  • Apply lentil (masoor daal) with milk or curd/yoghurt. good for getting fair face, and body. Use it daily to get results in 15 days.
  • Apply the grinded dried orange peel and mix it with milk or curd/yoghurt.
  • Mix 2 spoon of mint juice with half spoon of lemon juice. This face pack knocks out the whiteheads as well as exfoliates the skin.
  • Apply Fuller's earth (multani mitti) mixed with rose water. good for oily skin.
  • Apply the mixture of 1 egg yolk, 1 spoon of curd, 1 spoon of fuller's earth, 1 spoon of honey..
  • Take 2 spoon of sugar with juice of a lemon to scrub your face. Scrub your face till sugar granules do not melt . Use it on your face, neck, elbows, legs to get fairer and softer skin. Do not do this if you have pimples on your face as pimples will burst in the process of scrubbing.
  • Spray rose water on the skin to get fair skin.
  • Malai with besan(gram flour) is the best for dry skin.
  • Apply Curd with honey. Use this home remedy for 15 days to get fairer skin like never before.
